These terms apply to your use of kangen.health and to anything you buy from us. “Kangen Health”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the business operating this website from 3457 Waialae Ave #201, Honolulu, HI 96816. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Who we are

We are an independent retailer of Enagic® water ionizers, replacement filters and related products. Enagic®, Kangen Water®, LeveLuk and related names are trademarks of Enagic Co., Ltd. and are used here to identify the products we sell. Kangen Health is not Enagic, and this website is not operated by Enagic.

Health information is not medical advice

Our blog and product pages explain what the research does and does not show about alkaline, ionized and hydrogen water. That content is for general education only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from your doctor.

• Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
• If you have kidney disease, take medication that affects stomach acid or electrolytes, are pregnant, or have any medical condition, talk to your doctor before changing what you drink or taking a supplement.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item and send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if we cannot verify payment, if we suspect fraud, or if the order appears to be for resale. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
• Sales tax and shipping are added at checkout where they apply.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before shipping and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order. If a package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can put it right.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: you have 14 days from delivery to request a return of an unused item in its original packaging, and you must contact us before sending anything back.

Warranty

Enagic® water ionizers carry the manufacturer’s warranty from Enagic, which is included with your machine. Warranty claims and service are handled by Enagic under its own terms. Apart from that warranty and any rights you have under law, products are sold “as is”. We do not add a separate warranty of our own.

Using our products safely

Follow the instructions and safety guidance that come with each product, including installation, electrical and filter-replacement instructions. Replace filters on the schedule the manufacturer recommends. We are not responsible for problems caused by misuse, unauthorized modification or repair, or use that goes against the manufacturer’s instructions.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used them. You must be at least 18 to buy from us.

Newsletter and emails

If you sign up for our newsletter, we will email you about once a week. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Content on this site

The text, images and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with credit. You may not copy, republish or sell our content without written permission.

If you post a review or comment, you give us permission to display it on this site. Please keep it honest and lawful. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or off-topic.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from relying on the general information on this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii, unless the law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
